Despite a physical disability, I’m very active and completed my first Hyrox last year! The highlight of my year was definitely watching my children hold up a sign that said:
'She raised 4 teenagers, HYROX IS NOTHING!!'
What sparks my joy?
Guineapigs, goats, birds, flowers, country music, chocolate & crisps, nature, family, connection, spirituality & being life long learner!

Suzie, the youngest child and huge supporter. Practically my part time PA doing all the admin and executive functioning my brain doesn’t like! Where would I be without her.

Popcorn, joined the team last year and has been making working from home a joy.
Her job is to support us by squeaking, being silly, and demanding fresh salad and cuddles everyday!
