Annie to some - MUSCLES MUMMEH to my 4 children.
Despite a physical disability, I’m very active and completed my first Hyrox last year! The highlight of my year was definitely watching my children hold up a sign that said:
'She raised 4 teenagers, HYROX IS NOTHING!!'
What sparks my joy?
Guineapigs, goats, birds, flowers, country music, chocolate & crisps, nature, family, connection, spirituality & being life long learner!

I’m Suzannah, Annie’s youngest child and biggest supporter. I support Annie day – to – day, in ensuring she has a life filled with as many pockets of joy as we can manage.

I’m Popcorn, I joined Annie & Suzannah in May and I’ve been taking them through transformations from our first moment together.
My job is to support them in laughing, being silly every day and snuggle them whenever possible.
